The Journey to MoonLyte Brewery: Bringing a Dream to Life

MoonLyte Brewery has been close to our hearts for many years, and we have finally decided to move forward with it after visiting over 250 Craft Breweries.
There's a lot of work ahead, but we're thrilled to see our dream come to fruition.
Chisholm, Minnesota, hosts a week-long event to honor Doc "Moonlight" Graham, whose name inspired our brewery.
In July 2025, we welcomed some friends to join the ownership group and help us achieve our vision.
With a clear vision and dedication, we aim to open in May of 2026.
Stay tuned for updates as we embark on this new venture, and we look forward to becoming a significant part of our wonderful community in Chisholm, MN, and Balkan Township.
We have many tasks ahead with calls, meetings, and challenges, and we are embracing every step of the journey.

Mình thường đọc mấy bài soi kèo, phân tích cầu trước khi quyết định, nhưng luôn nhắc mình coi đó chỉ là gợi ý thêm chứ không phải “kim chỉ nam”. Hồi trước mình hay bị tâm lý suýt trúng nên dễ ham, cứ muốn nâng tiền lên cho gỡ, sau vài lần thì tự đặt luật: có mức trần rõ ràng, thấy lệch là nghỉ. Có thời gian mình thử theo Soi cầu VIP, mình thích ở chỗ họ hay nói rõ vì sao lại theo dạng cầu đó, đọc xong hiểu cách người ta suy luận chứ không chỉ ném ra con số. Dù vậy mình vẫn chọn chơi tỉnh táo: ít phương án thôi, ghi chép lại…
